The City/County Water and Wastewater Study is a 5 phase, multi-year effort to define and develop a sustainable water future for the Tucson region. The purpose of Phase 1 (for which the draft report has just been completed) was to collect basic information on City and County water and wastewater systems and resources, to identify the elements that must be considered as part of water sustainability, and to take steps to improve cooperation and coordination between the City and County around water and wastewater issues.
