WET Resources for Teachers
Arizona Project WET is all about bringing learning to life. Here are a number of resources to help WET teachers successfully implement the curriculum in their classrooms in the most effective and relevant ways.
Standards Correlation - Are you looking for just the right activity to address an Arizona Standard, or wondering how the various WET curricula meet the standards overall? Use the Standards Correlation as an aid to selecting just the right activities to meet your Arizona Standards.

Supplement instruction with Kids in Discovery Series (KIDS) activity booklets, just right for eight through twelve-year-olds. Each colorful 16-25 page magazine-like booklet is an excellent handout to complement school curricula, or to stand alone as a fun and informative introduction to water knowledge. Discover the Waters of Arizona and Discover the Colorado River Watershed were written specifically for Arizona kids! Other Arizona-rich Kids Discover titles include Discover Drought, Discover a Watershed, and Discover Healthy Water, Healthy People. Twenty-five different Kids Discover magazines in all can be ordered for your classroom by calling or e-mailing Kerry Schwartz at 520-621-9591. The booklets are $1.00 each.

Checkout Interactive Teaching Tools! With interactive teaching tools, students can learn by doing, deepening their understandings and stimulating their inquiry. If you are a Project WET Program Alum, those awesome models that you used in your WET Workshop are available for you to use in your classroom. Check out a Groundwater Flow Model, an Arizona History Trunk, a Watershed Model or Enviroscape Model, Healthy Water Healthy People: Water Quality Testing Kits, or a Macroinvertebrate Sampling Kit.

Purchase Curriculum Guides outside of WET Workshops. Attending a WET Workshop is the only way to get the Project WET Curriculum and Activity Guide.
